Book a test or ask for a quote

Call or text us at 519-991-8180, or fill in the form below. Send your address and, if you've tested already, your radon number. We'll tell you the next step. Every quote comes after a free visit to your home.

How do I reach you?

Where we work

We're based in Tecumseh and work across Windsor and Essex County. We'll go anywhere, with no travel charge. See the towns we cover.

Who you'll talk to

You'll talk to Fabio Conflitti, our C-NRPP certified radon professional. His certificate numbers are on our About page.

A phone number or an email is fine. We only need one.

What do you need?

For a test by mail, we call you to set it up, and you pay us directly. The site doesn't take payment.

In Bq/m³ or pCi/L, and whether it was a short or long test. No number yet? Leave it blank. We'll help you test.

We use what you send only to reply to you. See our privacy page.

What should I put in the form?

The basics

Your name, a phone number or an email, your address or town, and what you need. Add a good time to call if you like. That's all we need to get back to you.

If you've already tested

If you've tested, add your result: the number, the units (Bq/m³ or pCi/L), whether it was a short or long test, and when you tested. All of that is optional. No number yet? Leave it blank. We'll help you test.

What happens after I send it?

How soon

We answer every call and form message ourselves, within 24 hours.

What happens next

If you need a test, we call you to set it up. You pay us directly, since the site doesn't take payment, and then we mail you a detector. How our test by mail works. If you need a fix, the next step is a visit. Every quote comes after a visit to your home. The visit and the written quote are free, and we send the quote by email.

Already holding a high number?

If you're holding a high number and want to read first, here's what a high result means.

What a high result means

Don't have a test result yet?

Or borrow a monitor

Essex County Library (opens in a new tab) lends a digital radon monitor for up to 3 weeks, usually in the colder months. It's a short look, not a long-term test. We haven't confirmed whether City of Windsor residents can borrow one. Loans can't be renewed, and we couldn't confirm whether Windsor Public Library (opens in a new tab) lends one.

What do you do with my information?

We use it to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to book the work. We never share or sell your contact details.

We keep job records for 6 years, the Canada Revenue Agency (opens in a new tab)'s general rule for business records. We keep enquiries that never became a job for 1 year. To ask about your information, email radon@windsorradon.ca. More on our privacy page.
